Maine Premier and Portland Phoenix

Maine Premier Soccer is a sister company to Massachusetts Premier Soccer. Massachusetts Premier Soccer was founded in 2001 by Peter and Joe Bradley with a mission to provide a new player development model for players in Massachusetts.  There is now a vertically integrated pyramid structure at MPS that takes a player from the Junior School of Excellence program (U8) through to the PDL and W-League teams.

Mass Premier Soccer has enjoyed success at the National level since 2001.  The MPS Renegades won the W-League title in 2001 and 2002 and the MPS Crusaders repeated the feat in 2002 and 2003 in the PDL.  The Club has also won 5 youth national titles at the Y-League level and 1 US Club Soccer National championship.

The success MPS has had is based on our ability to improve all our players technically, tactically, physically and psychologically.  MPS' commitment to its players is to provide them with the best coaching available in a professional, elite environment.

In 2009 Maine Premier Soccer was launched, adding an exciting new development to the Maine soccer scene.  Maine Premier Soccer brings a vertically integrated approach to player development that will include:

PDL
Super 20 (Men & Ladies)
Super Y (U13 - U17 Boys & Girls)
Pre Super Y (U11 - U12 Boys & Girls)
Elite level camp and clinic training for all ages

The mission of the Maine Premier Soccer Academy is to develop the players and coaches of Maine. The Academy provides soccer education to players and coaches of all ages and abilities through a structured developmental program. The Academy is dedicated to providing the highest quality of personal service to every soccer community with whom we work.

MPS has a consistent philosophy of development that is persistent through all our programs. We have established a unique curriculum to develop both the coaches and players in your program. We will make you feel a part of our soccer family as we work to create a superior soccer experience for your players and coaches.
